Shipping

Shipping within Australia Costs:

  • Standard Post: $10.50
  • Express Post: $14.00

International Shipping:

We currently ship to Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the USA.

  • Standard: 6-30 business days
  • Express: 2-7 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that any customs fees or duties charged after the shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • Koha's Whimsy will only refund or exchange faulty items within 7 days of purchase (online or at markets)
  • Items damaged during postage will be replaced or refunded, but you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo proof
  • Damages caused by dropping, bending, storing incorrectly, or wearing while swimming/showering/using perfume/deodorant/hairspray are not covered. Please refer to the Care Instructions page on how to take care of your jewellery

Change of Mind:

  • Koha's Whimsy does not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or ordering the wrong item
  • All sales are final, including online and market purchases
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange

Sale Items:

  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, except if damaged during transit
  • All sale item orders are final

Handmade:

All of the items sold by Koha's Whimsy are handmade, so small variations in shape, colour, or design may occur. This is part of the charm of handmade items, and is not grounds for refund or exchange
